Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of MEM Media, LLC, doing business as MEM Films ("MEM Media"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
MEM Media provides the following services:
- Brand video production
- Video marketing, video SEO, and analytics
- Promo videos and advertisements
- Spokesperson and talking-head videos
- Animated and infographic videos
- Event videography
- Medical and home service video production
- Wedding films
- Photography
Quotes, Booking, and Scheduling
Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you share with us and may be adjusted once the scope of the project is confirmed. Filming dates and consultations are subject to availability, and we may need to reschedule when weather, location access, or other conditions make filming impractical. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits paid to reserve a filming date may be non-refundable where stated in your quote or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or receiving services
- Provide safe and reasonable access to filming locations and obtain any permissions needed for us to film there
- Confirm that any people, logos, music, or materials you ask us to include may lawfully be used in your project
- Review deliverables and request revisions within the timeframe described in your quote or agreement
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Use our website and services in compliance with applicable laws
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when an invoice is issued. Late payments may incur additional fees, and delivery of final files may be withheld for accounts with an outstanding balance.
Deliverables and Usage Rights
Once your project is paid in full, you receive a license to use the final delivered videos and photographs for your business or personal purposes. Raw footage, project files, and unused material remain the property of MEM Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. MEM Media may display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that MEM Media may contact you by phone or email about your project. Text messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Our communications practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEM Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
